Please Help Protect Marriage!

I don't like to get political on my blog because I end up ranting... But this is actually very serious because it affects not only my future but Ryan's as well.

For those of you not living in California you may not have heard about Proposition 8. Proposition 8 will put the words "Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California" into our state Constitution. A YES Vote on Prop 8 protects our children (RYAN) from being taught in public schools that same-sex marriage is the same as traditional marriage. It doesn't take away any rights or benefits from homosexuals as domestic partners - it just wouldn't be called MARRIAGE and public school teachers wouldn't have to tell children it is the same as marriage.

Ben has been going out every Saturday he has off and walking the precincts to inform voters on this proposition.

It scares me to think about what could happen to our state if this prop doesn't pass - Churches would have to preform Same-sex marriages in their chapels in order to keep their tax exemptions.

Today I got an email that said the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has donated 1.2 million dollars to DEFEAT prop 8. This cannot happen... We made a donation to the Protectmarriage.com website to help, but we need more. Please if you can donate money - even if you don't live in the State of California please help! If this does pass in California it will spread to other States. We have to win this! It's very easy to donate - click HERE to do so. Thank you so much for you help!

haha...yeah there's an option under "file" that says export to jpeg. i've done that before, but this last time it didn't work for me. if you have a mac then you can just do screen capture by pressing apple+shift+3 and then crop it. if you have a pc then i know some keyboards have a "print screen" button that copies the screen, and then you can paste it in paint or whatever program. if you have a pc and those don't work for you, let me know. andrew knows another way to do it like the mac way and i'll find out.
