Tolerance Doesn't Exist!

High School teacher must really suck because they are not teaching our kids what tolerance actually means! I was sitting at my computer when I saw this girl walk up to my car... She looked like she was writing in the dirt on my car... I tried to take a picture of her but couldn't get one...

Finally after a about a minute I went downstairs to my car and sure enough she had torn the sticker off my car!!! She was still outside so I asked her what she did to my car... She said "nothing" (with total teenager attitude). I asked her again... "what did you do to the bumper sticker on my car?" To which she reply - "I took it off"

E: Why
T: Vote no on 8
E: How old are you?
T: 15
E: So you aren't even old enough to vote
T: no
E: Your side screams for tolerance but you don't give any... Are your parents home?
T: no
E: What is your name?
T: Christina
E: Well I'll come back tonight to talk to your parents

I'm pissed! She tore off my YES on 8 Bumper sticker and crumpled it up and threw it on the ground! What is going on here??? Here little boyfriend was there just in case this crazy lady with a baby got too much for her. What on earth makes Christina think that she can tear off my bumper sticker? What makes Shelly think she can steal my yard signs? I'm especially tired of ignorant people (especially TEENAGERS!) Freaking study an issue out and make your own decisions - Christina had no idea why she took the sticker or why she is against it... Pure Ignorance...

Poor Erin. I am so sorry that you seem to be facing more opposition and ignorance than most people I know. Keep going strong. Your example is great to not only myself, other but most importantly to your son and future children! Press forward!

I've already had one bumper sticker go by the way of "tolerance" and my second sticker looks like someone started to peel if off too. If the girl knew better she would do better.

I am sure you are glad that it is almost over, for now at least. You should be proud of all the hard work and sacrafice you guys have made, especially if it passes.

I hope you went back to talk to her parents and scare the crap out of her. Okay, I'm not really that vindictive, but I seriously get so miffed when people mess with my stuff, and I'm sure you feel the same way!

Erin you are a Rock Star! I can't believe all the crap you have personally had to take because of this issue. For your sake and many others like you I am glad this is almost over. Thank you for your example and willingness to continue standing up for what we all believe is right.
